Porchlit

Terms of Service

Last updated 16 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Porchlit, a service operated by IV Consulting ("we", "us"), including the app at porchlit.ivconsulting.in, the tracking pixel, the API and the MCP server. By using Porchlit you agree to them. If you use Porchlit for a company, you confirm you can agree for that company.

Private beta and access

Porchlit is in private beta. Access is by invitation after a waitlist request; we decide who gets access and may pause or end access at any time. Features may change. During the beta the service is provided "as is".

Your account

You sign in with an email address we have approved. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, for the people you add to it, and for keeping your API keys and connected apps secure. Tell us at once at info@ivconsulting.in if you think your account has been misused.

Acceptable use

You must not use Porchlit to:

API, MCP and enrichment

You can use the API and MCP server with the keys and connections in your workspace, within the published rate limits. Company details are compiled from public sources and may be incomplete or wrong; check them before you rely on them. Clay enrichment is only available where we have switched it on for your workspace.

Your data

You own the data in your workspace. You give us permission to process it only to provide Porchlit to you, to keep it secure, and as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time and delete your workspace from the app.

Third-party services

Porchlit relies on providers such as OVHcloud, Resend, Clay and the internet registries. Their availability and terms are outside our control.

Fees

The private beta is free unless we agree otherwise in writing. We will tell you before any paid plan applies to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue or profits, or for decisions you make based on Porchlit data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, if any. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and ending access

You can stop using Porchlit and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms, puts the service or other people at risk, or where the law requires it. When access ends, we delete workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. We will tell you by email about material changes. Continuing to use Porchlit after a change means you accept the updated terms.
